1 day of background information, group practises and somatic rituals for professionals or those who want to dive deeper into the ancestral somatics work.

One of the most basic human needs is the need of belonging.
When we feel belonging, we find the strength to cope with all the difficulties that life brings.
Traumas passed down through generations damage our sense of belonging. When our belonging to nature, our humanity, our gender, our race, our family, our country, our roots, our beliefs is damaged, our life force drops.
Trauma is a state of being stuck, frozen in an emotion. For the solution we need to remember the flow of life. Seeing that life goes on, despite the difficulties and remembering that we are a part of a system bigger than us, adds meaning to our lives and value to our existence.
When we re-establish the bond with our ancestors who stood beyond all these experiences, our personal power increases and we find our place in life.
In these 3 days we will look at 4 genealogies that give us life. We will connect with the ancient ancestors in these lineages and study the transmissions in depth. We will use family constellation, systemic ritual, ancestral healing, somatic experience and shamanic energy methods.
